  • Victor (5 yrs.), along with his grandparents Greta and Joe of San Leandro, went on their first fire engine tour. 
    We met folks from Alaska, Ohio, Australia, England and Ireland. 
    Our hosts made our day special, informative, and fun.  Thank you so very much.

  • We wanted to send you a big thankyou for having us on your Big Red Shiny Mack Fire Engine. It was the best thing we did while we where in San Francisco. We all loved the ride and especially the singing, we have told all our friends about you and the kids at school now play Big Red Captains at recess they know all the words to your song as well !!
    Once again thanks loads and keep on singing and polishing. Also Mum says thanks for saving all our holiday snaps, it was a really nice thing you did as she thought we'd lost the cameras.

  • I was on your tour on Wednesday and had a blast! Your tour is truly one of the most memorable and entertaining things I have ever experienced! It is definitely a "don't miss" when visiting San Francisco! 
    The scenery is wonderful, the tour information is intriguing, and who hasn't wanted to ride on an actual fire truck at some point in their childhood? 
    If you only have time for one thing while visiting San Francisco, do this!

  • I have just done my second tour of duty (with family this time) on the
    Big Red Shiny Mack Fire Engine and heard that you guys had created this
    fabulous web page and seeing you are here in Sydney I just had to pass on a
    comment........ It looks great......Their tour has got to be one of the
    best attractions I have ever been on and they deserve all the publicity
    they can get....I only found it the first time by literally bumping into
    them at the Cannery....Unfortunately they maintain a low commercial
    profile for something that is a fantastic tour and is a great promotion
    for the city of San Francisco...So, they need all the publicity they can
    get..!!!
